Thankfully, I no longer really have to deal with databases on a day to day basis at my job. Between the talented crew of backend engineers I work with, our moves in the RESTful web services area, and other considerations, I am freed up to focus on all the pixel herding that some folks believe me capable of.
However, I started my tech career in the data warehousing field and in the beginning, one of the harder concepts to wrap my head around were joins. I really could have used this article I ran across today.
