My son has added Linux to his iPod and is running a Nintendo emulator that lets him play Gameboy games. According to him, the hardest part is learning which spots on the touch-wheel correspond to the buttons on the Gameboy. Also, because the CPU on the iPod is heftier, the games run about 200% faster than they do on the Gameboy.
When I was young, we used clothespins to hold playing cards through the spokes of our bicycles; the whirring sound they made sounded like a motorcyle, and thus the bike went faster. Or at least that was the theory.
Seems like some things never change.
